2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may cancel scheduled services by providing written notice. Cancellation terms depend on timing and work completed:

  • Before Service Begins: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before scheduled service start are generally eligible for full refund of any advance payments, minus any non-refundable costs already incurred.
  • After Service Begins: Cancellations after work has commenced will be assessed based on work completed, materials used, and costs incurred. Refunds will be calculated accordingly.
  • Emergency Cancellations: Cancellations due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis with consideration for both parties.

2.2 Service Provider Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel services in the following circumstances:

  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Inability to access property as required
  • Client breach of service agreement
  • Force majeure events preventing service delivery

In such cases, clients will receive full refunds for services not yet provided.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • Services cancelled before commencement (with appropriate notice)
  • Services not delivered due to our cancellation
  • Services that fail to meet agreed specifications due to our error

3.2 Refund Calculation

Refund amounts are calculated as follows:

  • Full Refund: For services cancelled before work begins (with appropriate notice) or services cancelled by us
  • Partial Refund: For services cancelled after work begins, calculated as: Total payment minus (work completed value + materials used + costs incurred)
  • No Refund: For services fully completed according to agreement, or cancellations without appropriate notice where costs have been incurred

3.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed:

  • Within 14 business days of cancellation approval
  • To the original payment method when possible
  • With notification sent to the client

4. Service Modifications

Clients may request modifications to scheduled services:

  • Before Service: Modifications requested before work begins can typically be accommodated. Pricing adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon.
  • During Service: Modifications during active work may be possible depending on circumstances. Additional costs or time adjustments will be discussed and agreed upon.
  • After Service: Requests for additional work after service completion will be treated as new service requests.

5. Consultation Services

For consultation services (garden planning, care guidance):

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled consultation are eligible for full refund
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
  • Consultation materials provided are non-refundable once delivered

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with services provided:

  • Contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss concerns
  • We will review the situation and work to resolve issues appropriately
  • Resolution may include service adjustments, partial refunds, or other remedies as appropriate
  • We are committed to fair resolution of service-related concerns

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services fully completed according to agreement
  • Materials already used or installed
  • Consultation materials or reports already delivered
  • Cancellation fees for late cancellations

8. Payment Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction when possible. For cash payments, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or other agreed method.

9. EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection laws, consumers have the right to cancel service contracts within 14 days of conclusion for distance contracts, subject to certain exceptions for services that have been fully performed with consumer consent. This policy operates in addition to statutory consumer rights.

12. Emergency and Weather-Related Cancellations

Services may be cancelled or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergency situations. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule services at mutually convenient times.

No cancellation fees apply to weather-related or emergency cancellations initiated by either party. Full refunds are provided for prepaid services that cannot be rescheduled due to extended emergency conditions.

13. Service Quality Concerns

If you have concerns about service quality or results, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review the situation and work to address any legitimate concerns.

Quality concerns may result in additional service work, partial refunds, or other remedies as appropriate. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction with our services.

14. Prepaid Service Packages

For prepaid service packages or maintenance agreements, cancellation terms are specified in individual agreements. Generally, unused portions of prepaid services are eligible for refund after deduction of services already provided.

Long-term service agreements may include specific cancellation provisions and notice requirements. Review your service agreement for detailed terms regarding package cancellations.

15. Service Guarantees

While we strive for excellence in all services, we cannot guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes or plant responses due to variables beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, and plant health factors.

We guarantee that services will be performed using appropriate techniques and professional standards. If services fail to meet professional standards due to our error, we will address the situation appropriately.

16. Documentation and Records

We maintain records of service agreements, cancellations, and refunds for business and legal purposes. Clients may request copies of their service records by contacting us.

Documentation helps ensure accurate processing of cancellations and refunds and supports resolution of any questions or disputes that may arise.
